Reykjavik, Iceland—Advania Data Centers (ADC) announces their intent to offer the Intel® Select Solution for HPC & AI Converged Clusters on the 2nd Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processor to expand the company’s HPC & AI infrastructure as a Service. Gimix is the first customer to sign up to evaluate this new offering to address their need for mixed AI and HPC workloads.
ADC offers a converged environment for HPC and AI which has the advantage of faster time to insights due to eliminating the burden of data transfer between multiple environments. Intel® Select Solutions are known to offer workload-optimized performance and ADC will now offer high performance computing customers a path to adopt artificial intelligence on the 2nd gen Intel Xeon Scalable processor. ADC is a specialized High Performance Computing & AI solutions company, a part of the Advania brand that is one of the largest IT companies operating within the Nordic Region, offers managed services, software, hardware, hosting, and operational services. Customers will access this new offering through ADC’s HPC as a Service offering, HPCFLOW where customers can choose from dedicated HPC and on demand resources through subscription. This implies easy and effective access for companies to this HPC & AI service without having to invest in equipment. ADC customers will now enjoy the benefits of a converged environment that has a 4x faster inferencing improvement1 with the built in Intel® Deep Learning Boost and that allows hybrids workflows for a faster time to results.
